Google completes new structure — enter new parent company, Alphabet

[unable to retrieve full-text content]Google Inc. has completed its move to create a new holding company called Alphabet Inc. as its parent company, it said Friday. Google shares will begin trading as Alphabet shares Monday on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, Google said on its investor-news website.
